HIKING – TREKKING IN THE SOČA RIVER VALLEY

For everyone who loves hiking, the Soča Valley is the perfect choice. Countless streams, crystal-clear pools, rivers you can drink from, birdsong, and the whisper of the wind in your hair are just some of the many reasons why hiking and trekking in the Soča River Valley is one of the strongest highlights of our adventure tourism offer.

At Maya Agency, we have chosen to design trekking tours that take us to places still untouched by mass tourism and absent from the mainstream tourist map. This allows you to enjoy peace and quiet, far from the crowds and long lines of visitors that gather in destinations where, in our view, hiking has turned into mass tourism. At Maya Team, we see hiking as an activity that connects us deeply with nature, which is why our programs introduce you to the rich natural and cultural heritage of every area we explore. Hiking in the Soča Valley with Maya Team is the ideal choice for anyone seeking tranquility, relaxation, and fresh mountain air.

Our hikes do not take place in high alpine terrain; instead, we focus on nearby peaks where no mountaineering equipment is required. We visit locations where a backpack, good hiking boots, and a cheerful smile are all you need for a safe and enjoyable trekking experience.
