Kayaking on the Soča River – the next step in your kayaking journey

Kayaking on the Soča River with the Maya Team combines the calm rhythm of the river, close contact with nature, and just the right amount of on-water dynamics. Each participant paddles their own kayak, and the descent takes place in small groups, accompanied by an experienced, licensed guide who ensures safety and support throughout the trip. As this is kayaking on white water, the experience is suitable for participants with some prior kayaking experience.

The tour runs along the Kamno–Tolmin section, where the current is mostly calm, while a few gentle rapids add the perfect touch of adrenaline. Before the start, you’ll receive all the necessary equipment, including a wetsuit, life jacket, and footwear, along with a short safety briefing. After approximately 10 minutes of driving to the entry point, you’ll enjoy 1.5 to 2 hours of paddling, offering a relaxed yet active experience on the Soča River.

The price does not include the permit for navigation on the Soča River.

  • A towel,
  • a swimsuit,

  • Every day, in all weather conditions.
  • Exception: excessively high water levels or other potential hazards.

Advance reservations are required.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

  • Guests under the influence of alcohol and other drugs are not allowed on rafts.
  • Pregnant women, non-swimmers and people with heart problems should not go rafting.
  • People with various health problems (injuries, asthma, diabetes, psychophysical disorders) should consult our guides before the trip.
